Fire Rated and Non-Fire Rated Doors Renewal Programme

Description

The tender is for the replacement of Fire Rated and Non-Fire Rated doors where required and covers all Cheltenham Borough Council's (CBC) domestic housing stock and leasehold properties which are managed by Cheltenham Borough Homes (CBH). The housing stock is contained within the Borough of Cheltenham and total approximately 5000 dwellings of which approximately 50% are contained within blocks no higher than five storeys. In brief, this tender includes for:- * Providing Fire Rated and Non-Fire Rated doors that meet all requirements of the Contract Documents * Providing a comprehensive specification and design advisory service to assist CBH with the selection of GRP doors * Undertaking compliance and measurement surveys * Providing a first class installation service including the removal and disposal of existing units * Provision of a comprehensive quality auditing system * Provision of computerised 'as-installed' product schedules The tender contains one lot: *Replacement of Fire Rated and Non-Fire Rated Doors Estimated total value - 1.75-2 million GBP total
