Refurbishment of Bedrooms at Penryn Campus

Summary of the Works The Works comprise of the contractor acting in the capacity of Principal Contractor undertaking the programming and daily management of the Study Bed Company. The Study Bed Company have been appointed directly by Falmouth University to install approximately 414 study beds to 207 rooms within both the Glasney View and Glasney Parc student accommodation blocks located on the Penryn Campus of Falmouth University, Cornwall. The Principal Contractor shall also be required to undertake works prior to the study bed being fitted. These works include the repairs and redecorations to previously painted walls surfaces within the bedrooms, patch repairs to carpets and electrical alterations within in order to compliment the new positions of the study beds in accordance with the contract drawings.
