Housing 21 require an on-site marketing presence at all new development sites to assist with the allocation of rental and shared ownership properties. The show apartment provides opportunity to display our Customer Options and display standard packages, which are available for the purchaser and fitted ahead of moving in, to make the customer experience as smooth as possible. The show apartment is effectively the "shop window" to display the options available for sale. Housing 21 is currently considering procurement renewal options for the above opportunity and wishes to seek market innovation ideas to inform future service planning options. Completed forms should be completed and re-submitted no later than 25th June 2020.
