Corserv on behalf of Cornwall Housing Ltd are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to under take External Refurbishment works including chimney, damp, doors, external walls, roofing and windows refurbishment works to multiple properties though out Central East, South East & South Cornwall. Please see the attached documents for the full scope of works.

The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 40% Quality and 60% Price.
