## Description

Cambridgeshire County Council \(the Authority\) invites quotations via further competition under the Cambridgeshire County Council Design & Build Contractor Framework for the provision of Design & Build Services for Phase 1 of a new Primary School on the Waterbeach Barracks development\. The project comprises the design and construction of a new 2FE primary school \(with 3FE core\) with Early Years facilities to be built on the Waterbeach Barracks Development including external works \(Phase 1\)\. The scope includes the submission of a planning application and discharging of conditions as required for the full 3FE Primary School\. The first Phase will be constructed as part of this project with Phase 2 to be developed later\. All to be completed to enable the school \(Phase 1\) to operate starting the September 2023 school term at the latest\.
