## Description

BDC are looking for a contractor to provide a one-off service to print and mail out approximately 65,000 recycling calendars to residents of Braintree District Council at the beginning of September 2022\. The contract will be for a maximum term of 3 years, with a 1-year initial term and the option for the Council to agree a further 1\+1-year extension\. If our internal needs change regarding printing recycling calendars for distribution, we reserve the right to cancel all or any parts of this contract\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
