Description
Birmingham City Council is seeking potential providers of a suitable software solution for the Housing Options service to meet the referral duty: o To provide a web based portal for Public Authorities to access when making a referral o To record and store data which is entered by practitioners o To direct referrals to a specific Local Authorities (using the solution) based on destination requested within the referral o To apply question logic within the referral process to identify information specific to different agencies making referrals o To provide a dashboard facility for local authorities using the system to track and report on referrals received o To provide a facility for local authorities to action, accept, decline, return & progress referrals. o To record and store the outcome of referrals o To provide and store feedback to referrers through template letters o To provide a platform to develop new types of referral o To make outgoing referrals to public authorities o To records and store details of outgoing referrals to public authorities Additional information and the quotation documents are available through In-Tend - the Councils eProcurement portal.
