Operation of Creative Community Hub Building

Blackpool Council is seeking a local creative organisation to take up the operation of its new creative community hub building. This exciting new initiative is designed to provide a resource base for local creatives to sell their products, share knowledge and skills and collaborate in delivering grass roots creative and cultural activities for Blackpool residents and visitors.
