GB-Leeds: Roofing Works

Description

Yorkshire Housing Limited ("YH") invites tenders for organisations ("Contractors") to participate in a 51-month framework agreement ('the Agreement') for roofing works ("Works") to Leeds City Council housing stock ("Property") in the Swarcliffe area. The range and types of Works required are to include pitched and flat roofs, pointing, rendering, cavity wall and elements of ground works. Scaffolding will also be required. Annual expenditure is estimated to be in the region of £500,000, there may be additional package(s) of Works (specifically rendering) amounting to approximately a further £500,000 (in total, not per annum). Overall expenditure is below the relevant threshold set for Works as defined by the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
