## Description

Background UKSBS and UKRI have a managed print solution implemented across various locations within the UK\. We have a requirement to replace the existing service as detailed in the specification\. UK SBS and UKRI have a cloud first strategy and therefore the solution must be fully cloud based with no on site servers\. Our Cloud based strategy is based on the governments strategy which can be located via the below link https://www\.gov\.uk/guidance/government-cloud-first-policy Scope To cover all MFD devices supported by UK SBS and for the Research Council at the named locations\.
