## Description

This qualitative research with tax credits customers will explore responses to potential high level Universal Credit migration journeys, considering tax credit customers reactions to the potential journeys, their understanding of what they may need to do and the consequences of inaction\. The findings will be used to inform our understanding of how the transition can be made easier for them\. Additional information: This contract was let following a mini-competition within the DWP Social and Economic Research Framework 2013
