Falls Response Contract

The purpose of the service is to support people who have fallen in their own homes, including care homes or other supported housing settings, to get back up safely if they are able to do so. The service will respond quickly to alerts to falls to prevent people from lying on the floor for long periods of time. This will help prevent some people from requiring an admission to hospital and is associated with better health and wellbeing outcomes for the person.
