Coaching for Resilience and Psychological Wellbeing in Primary Care

The aim of the overall project is to support psychological wellbeing and resilience among the Primary Care workforce to enable ongoing delivery of high-quality care to patients.

Coaching will be made available to clinical and non-clinical primary care staff from week. This contract is required to evaluate the effectiveness of the coaching.
