Statement of Work for Data Migration • Service to assess the scope and nature of the data migration required to migrate data and user accounts from legacy .NET systems to a Pega Platform. o Assess and document business requirements for migration. o Assess and document technical implications / considerations of migrating from a SQL database to Pega Platform (CASE management system). • Contribute to existing HRA Digital Data Migration Strategy document. • Make recommendations on the migration solution. • Make recommendations on testing of the migrated data: o Levels of testing. o Scope of testing. o How do we confirm validity of migration. • Recommendations on potential migration tools.
