Work description
Historic England requires a Contractor to deliver planned and reactive Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health and Building Fabric maintenance at its property Bessie Surtees House Newcastle.
The contract will run for 3 years from 1st April 2019 with an option to extend for a further two years.
