## Description

The A66 project requires support services in the following areas: The rapid technical review of the Statutory Environmental Statement to support the DCO \(Development Consent Order\) application\. SES EG \(Safety, Engineering and Standards Environment Group\) is currently not resourced to meet internal demand\. Specific objectives of the commission would be: - Working with the Preliminary Design Consultant to assure a robust Environmental Statement is produced to support the DCO application\. - Achieve Environmental Statement compliance with EIA \(Environmental Impact Assessment\) directive, NNNPS \(National Networks National Policy Statement\) and the DMRB \(Design Manual for Roads and Bridges\) Standards\. - Ensure that there
