Early Help and Support for Vulnerable Women

Liverpool City Council is seeking tender submissions for provision of early help and support service for vulnerable women. The aims of the service are to:

• Provide early help response to improve emotional and mental health. • Build emotional resilience and positive mental health through the provision of a range of targeted initiatives that are in development to support asylum seekers and communities which include support for; move on advice, employment, family learning, housing options, education, wellbeing courses, family link, and ESOL language with crèche facilities and community development.
