Work description
The Ministry of Justice has awarded a contract for the design and build delivery of construction works at HMP Lewes.
The works comprise (but is not limited to):
Gas Mains, Roof replacement and FSI works
The contract was awarded following a mini competition under the Crown Commercial Service Construction Works and Associated Services (CWAS) Framework Agreement (RM6088), Lot 4.1, in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
