## Description

The Ministry of Justice has awarded a contract for the design and build delivery of construction works at HMP Lewes\. The works comprise \(but is not limited to\): Gas Mains, Roof replacement and FSI works The contract was awarded following a mini competition under the Crown Commercial Service Construction Works and Associated Services \(CWAS\) Framework Agreement \(RM6088\), Lot 4\.1, in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015\.
