Contract for the Composting of Garden Waste

Contract for composting of garden waste which is either brought to the Authority's network of 19 recycling centres or collected by the District Councils of Devon as part of their kerbside collections.

This procurement exercise has followed the Public Contracts Regulations 2015's Competitive Procedure with Negotiation. However, the Authority had reserved the right to award the contract on the basis of the initial tenders without conducting negotiation and since the preferred bidder's initial tender fully met the requirements of the Authority, the contract has been awarded without going into negotiation stage.
