## Description

The LLDC is seeking to appoint a supplier to provide the LLDC with design and construction related consultancy services for various projects within the LLDC's estate\. The supplier will be appointed under a single supplier framework agreement for a period of four years and will be required to deliver the following services: • Cost Management and Assurance • Construction Project Design \(RIBA Stages 1-6\) • Design Assurance • Environmental Sustainability • GIS and BIM Services • Health & Safety \(inc\.
