Defence Medical Services Organisational Design and Development

There is a need to: - understand and develop the DMS OD&D learning capability required to deliver a new operating model with revised HQ structures and processes; and - set out a plan (baselined against DMS existing learning capability) for the development of a new DMS organisational design, underpinned with the resources needed to design and develop the new operating model.

There is a requirement to design a plan that is intended to support delivery of the DMS HLB and Functional Operating Model.
