The Harris Federation wishes to engage a contractor to undertake a series of refurbishment works over the 2021 summer holiday period at Harris Academy Battersea, including: Lot 1 : Boiler replacement and pump pressurisation units replacement Lot 2 : Windows replacement Lot 3a: Classrooms and corridors refurbishment \(decoration, lighting\) Lot 3b: Toilet block refurbishment including minor circulation remodelling Lot 4: Fire doors and fire stopping works
