This contract is for the provision of a team to assist the STFC-DAFNI project team in the development of a National Infrastructure Modelling Service (NIMS) which will provide the user community with the ability to improve performance of existing models, reduce the complexity of creating models and facilitate the creation of complex system-of-systems models. The procurement process undertaken via a mini competition via the CCS RM1043iv Digital Outcomes and Specialists 2 framework agreement.
