## Description

Replacement of the carpet tiles at the BCG Milan office\. The existing carpet tiles were laid between 15-20 years ago and are at end of the life cycle\. In addition, the post undertook a chemical analysis following allergic reactions from some staff members in rooms where carpet tiles were present\. The chemical analysis revealed a strong presence of contaminants in the sample material\. This evidence, along with the general principle laid down in Title II of the Italian Legislative Decree 81/2008, which establishes that the employer has the duty to make sure that the workplace is maintained to adequate standards of hygiene, suggests that the existent carpet should be replaced\.
