Magenta Living is seeking quotes for support and maintenance of their Cisco hardware and Cisco and Zeacom telephony software, for a 12 month period commencing on 1st June 2016, with the option to extend for up to a further 12 months at the discretion of Magenta Living\. Details and the Specification of Magenta Living’s requirements can be found in the attached Request for Quote\. Please note the instructions for the format and completion of your response which shall be as outlined in the Request for Quote document\.
