North Lincolnshire Council are inviting responses to a soft market testing exercise for the provision of Ad-hoc Taxi Services\. The council is interesting in exploring options for the provision of ad-hoc taxi services \(excluding home to school transport\) with taxi operators on the basis of either a single sourcing or multiple operator arrangement\.
