Temple Island Enabling Works: Professional Services

• Assist BCC with Stakeholder Engagement Activities • Liaise with Developer, Utilities provider and other key stakeholders to identify parameters of reinforcement and enhancement of existing utilities. Consequently, identify budget and programme for respective works. • Prepare Master Risk Register and associated Mitigation Plan. • Provide a cost check. • In conjunction with external stakeholders, prepare a master programme for infrastructure and enabling works, to include o BCC governance requirements. o Further surveys. o Key decision points. o Project start dates, durations and completion dates. o Identification of critical path. o Interdependencies with other projects in the vicinity. • Support BCC with CDM Regulations compliance. • Prepare regular reports for BCC key stakeholders and communicate updates and project development via monthly dashboard report and meetings.
