1718CCG10 Extended hours for compliance activities

HMRC is looking to understand how our customers would like to engage with us for compliance interventions, including the days and times our customers would prefer to communicate with us and the channels they'd like to use. The insight gained from this research will help us identify potential improvements to the way we engage with customers during an intervention.
