Medway Council are looking to commission an organisation to establish and manage a Family Hubs and Start for Life digital platform. This platform will in essence, act as the digital front door for the local Family Hubs and Start for Life offer in Medway. This is a two year piece of work that will need to be quickly established with the ability to tailor to local need/services. There are specific requirements and timelines for delivering against aspects of the programme as set out in the Family Hubs and Start for Life framework and service expectations. We are looking for an organisation who can take ownership for establishing and managing the Family Hubs and Start for Life digital platform. Delivering the Family Hubs and Start for Life digital platform will provide a central space and access point for individuals and families to access to local Family Hubs and Start for Life offer.
