CWC26007 City Development Programme Support

This contract will ensure continuous delivery against the three priority regeneration projects of Smithgate, St George's, and the Green Innovation Corridor (GIC).

The contract for 2026-2027 delivers the requirement of the City Development Team for a multidisciplinary skillset reflecting the stages which each project has progressed to. This includes Development Advisory services to provide the necessary pace, structure, and market expertise; Commercial Management, engagement with developers and contract matters etc, as well as oversight and delivery of detailed, development-focused programmes for each project.

The initial period is 1 April 2026 - 31 December 2026, with an optional extension from 1 January 2027 - 31 March 2027. The estimated value is for the full 12 month period.
