To carry out asbestos removal works around Bury.

Six Town Housing are seeking competitive tenders from competent sub-contractors to carry out asbestos removal works around the Borough of Bury. These works will be carried out as part of our planned internal & external refurbishment/upgrade programme over the remainder of the financial year. There is the potential to extend this procurement exercise by 1 additional year to incorporate next year's delivery programme.

Due to the potential requirement for the timely removal of unforeseen ACMs during our planned internal/external works it has been decided by Six Town Housing to place a geographic restriction on the provision of asbestos surveying/removal services. ALL asbestos survey/removal providers must be located within the Greater Manchester municipal area only.
