## Description

CDS Customer Payments require a comprehensive re-write of our Payments GUID Information Service \(GIS\) in Node JS through reverse engineering the current Java solution to remove our reliance on Java\. The service will meet DWP Engineering standards and align with the strategic direction for support within Digital Payment Services team which is primarily Node based\. The Application will continue to be hosted in the DWP AWS environment\.
