Demolition of an existing 1960'5 detached house\. Design of foundations and associated drainage\. Construction and servicing of 12m x 20m glasshouse to be used as a butterfly house, inclusive of aseparate shop / ticketing area\. The butterfly house will be used as a visitor attraction at the Horniman Museum and Gardens\. The butterfly area will be a warm and humid space providing optimum conditions for the survival of butterflies\.
