## Description

The council of the borough of Kirklees \(the "'Council'"\), are seeking to procure a Service Provider with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity for the provision of Stray Dog Collection and Kennelling Service \(the 'Service'\)\. Like all Local Authorities, Kirklees has a duty under the Environment Protection Act 1990 to collect and kennel strays dogs for a minimum of 7 clear calendar days\. The primary scope of the service provision is to provide a complete service from start to end\.
