## Description

NHS South of England Procurement Services, acting on behalf of Health Education England \(the Commissioner\) is commencing a tender for the delivery of a single Lead Employer Service for doctors and dentists in training working across the North West\. The Single Lead Employer Service is for trainee doctors, dentists and other trainees working in the following programmes: • General Practice \(GP\) - this is a three year programme which currently has approximately 1375 trainees\. • Specialty Training - There are 62 specialties which are grouped into 14 Schools which currently have approximately 3850 trainees in total\. • Dentistry - There are a variety of dental programmes which range between 1 and 5 years which currently include approximately 260 trainees\. The objective of this procurement is to appoint a single lead employer to provide comprehensive employment and human resource services across the North West of England as specified in the ITT specification\. The deadline for submission of completed ITT responses is Monday 11 June 2018 at 12:00pm \(midday\)\. The e-portal system will shutdown at 12:00pm and any un-submitted bids not registered to the system at this time will not be accepted\. Therefore, please submit in good time prior to the deadline date and time\. No Bidder, Bidder Member, or any of such Bidder's advisors, consultants or subcontractors may have ex parte communications with the Contracting Authority or any of their employees, advisors, contractors or consultants regarding the ITT, the Procurement, other than as expressly permitted in this ITT\.
