The Norfolk Programme wishes to engage expert support to develop co-production elements of a broader project called No Homelessness in Norfolk. A key principle of the main project is to include people with lived experience in influencing and designing homeless pathways and services. This funding allows the partnership to bring in expertise to support this workstream and ensure we deliver real cultural change within Norfolk. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
