PR462024 - Asbestos Surveys, Auditing, Re- inspections, Sampling and analytical services

Description

Scope of contract will be for air monitoring, bulk sampling, surveying, re-inspections and training for 4,800 Exeter City Council HRA residential properties, garages, communal and non-domestic areas including sewage treatment works, pumping stations, car parks and open spaces. These are all statutory and compliance high risk activities required to protect employees, contractors, tenants, visitors and members of the public who work or live within the properties or be affected by works carried out to the fabric of the structure.
