## Description

Your Homes Newcastle \("YHN"\) seeks to appoint one contractor to undertake a 4 year Fire Door Replacement Programme for 24 \(with option to extend to 28\) Multi-Storey blocks with varying number of floors\. The Contract will also include provision for GRP Door Replacements to low / mid-rise blocks \(up to 6 floors\) covering up to 1000pa flat entrance doors\. The properties are in various locations across the YHN estate\. Work is to be undertaken on a "Supply & Install" basis\.
