## Description

This Contract is for the supply and implementation of a Revenues and Benefits system to allow Oxford City Council to deliver a Revenues and Benefits service\. The service includes the Administration of Housing Benefit, Council Tax Support, Business Rates, Council Tax, Debt Management and Discretionary Housing Payments \(DHP\)\. This tender follows the publication of a Prior Information Notice \(PIN\) issued in November 2019\.
