Newcastle City Council on behalf of The North East Combined Authority \(NECA\) require a framework agreement with three external suppliers who can provide us with a Street Team; we are not looking for individuals to respond to this tender\. The Request for Quotation is made up in with the following documents, to be read in this order: 1 - Request for Quotation\.doc 2 - Terms and Conditions of Contract Services \(Framework\) 3 - Appendix 1 - Specification\.doc Upload of documentation can take some time, please ensure you provide adequate time to do this ahead of the submission deadline\.
