TDC BP One Public Estate Programme - North Tandridge Phase 1 - AWARD

Tandridge District Council invites suitably qualified consultants to provide a fully costed proposal and quotation to deliver Phase 1 of the North Tandridge One Public Estate Programme. Phase 1 will require development of a Public Service Plan for public sector sites and programme management of a complex set of asset redevelopment projects.

The issue if this ITT marks the start of a single stage procurement process for Services valued below the OJEU threshold. The Authority is following the Open procedure as provided for in the Public Contract Regulations 2015
