## Description

Tandridge District Council invites suitably qualified consultants to provide a fully costed proposal and quotation to deliver Phase 1 of the North Tandridge One Public Estate Programme\. Phase 1 will require development of a Public Service Plan for public sector sites and programme management of a complex set of asset redevelopment projects\. The issue if this ITT marks the start of a single stage procurement process for Services valued below the OJEU threshold\. The Authority is following the Open procedure as provided for in the Public Contract Regulations 2015 Please ensure you meet the minimum requirements identified in the ITT\.
