Provision of a Humber and North Yorkshire Integration Needs Assessment

NHS Humber and North Yorkshire ICB, on behalf of the Humber and North Yorkshire ICP, is seeking to commission an Integration Needs Assessment (INA).

The INA would making specific recommendations to our ICS and its component organisations on: the model or models of integration that should be achieved over the next 2 to 5 years, specific to Places and communities defined as part of the assessment.
