Description

Framework Contract via RM3804 for the collection, disposal, and delivery of IT equipment across the HMRC estate, and where required, HMRC staff home addresses. This service consists of the following: i) Ability to process BAU (ad-hoc), individual, bulk and project based collection requests; ii) Collection and secure transportation of equipment to a secure facility of Sanitisation, Disposal, Destruction, Redeployment, Return, Recycle or Remarket of equipment (as appropriate) -on site if required, in line with National Cyber Security Centre(NCSC) and CPNI requirements; iii) The return to HMRC of the proceeds of any items that are sold, following sanitisation; and iv) Secure destruction of media.
