GB-Hethersett: PM15 - Gardener's House, Hethersett - Extension

The works are to construct a ground floor extension to an existing 2-bedroom property, to increase the recreational space for the resident young people. The live site is operated by Norfolk County Council's Children's Services for young people between the ages of 16-18.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
