APHA requires a Standard Agreement Service Contract for the Equipment. This shall include the following: • Two (2) Preventative Maintenance visits. • Unlimited Corrective Maintenance visits. • All engineer travel and labour. • All Repair Parts. • Priority Response. • Access to comprehensive technical advice via dedicated channels during Working Hours. • Modification updates (excluding upgrades).
