## Description

Wiltshire Council is seeking to appoint a provider to support businesses in building their resilience and adaptability in the context of the economic impact of C-19, through the development of digital skills training that upskills businesses to improve online trading and marketing\. The programme should support businesses to display required safety messaging, increase local digital skills and to encourage footfall and in store spend\.
