## Description

Home Group wish to appoint up to three Framework Partners to undertake a number of glazing repairs and maintenance on an ad-hoc basis within the North East and North West regions\. The type of work may vary but the majority of works will involve a pane reglaze or a double glazed unit reglaze\. The Framework will support our Direct Labour Organisation in the North East and North West \(North Lakes/ Cumbria\) of England\. The Framework is split into two Lots: Lot 1 - North East Region & Lot 2 - North West \(North Lakes/Cumbria\) Region Contractors can bid for one or two Lots\. Home Group wishes to appoint a maximum of three Contractor\(s\) on a ranked basis\. The Tender opportunity will be advertised on the Housing Procurement Portal - reference DN698307
