## Description

This tender is to provide support to the Gas Transmission Networks Price Control team within Ofgem\. This team regulates National Grid Gas Transmission under the RIIO 2 frame work\. Ofgem require the services of a consultancy familiar with the UK high pressure gas pipeline planning and consenting process to support us while we review a proposal to increase the capacity of a pipeline system in the south of Wales\.
